Summary:The methodology of the study includes three main areas: desk research, field research with qualitative methods among specialists and services in the city of Plovdiv, and a survey of the opinions of parents of young children with disabilities or developmental problems. The services available to children from the target group to support their development in the city of Plovdiv were studied - their (sufficient) availability, accessibility, usability and definition of the problem areas in the provision of services, so as to ensure the necessary care for the children and their families.
