Summary:The report presents the results from the analysis of data collected in the course of the implementation of the reintegration programme of Hope and Homes for Children – Bulgaria Branch, carried out in the period October 2014-March 2017. The data collected during the implementation of the reintegration programme were analysed sequentially by defined areas for the well-being of families and their children. Within each area, the effectiveness of social workers during the process of reintegration of children, previously placed in specialised institutions, with their families is assessed, based on risk and protective factors, meeting children’s overall needs, as well as on change in the relevant area of ​​well-being expected to occur as a result of social workers' effectiveness.
Purpose:The specific goal of the analysis is to evaluate the effectiveness of social workers implementing the programme to assist families at risk to create better living conditions for their children reintegrated back into families after being in specialised institutions .
