Summary:The strategic plan of Coalition Childhood 2025 builds on the achievements of the deinstitutionalisation policy and reflects the understanding that deinstitutionalisation as a complex process that does not end with the closure of the old institutions. Our priority objectives are linked to key questions that are waiting for answers and which present the deinstitutionalisation policy and practice with new challenges.
