Summary:The Coalition alarms that children who do not need permanent medical care continue to be placed in Institutions for Medicalised Social Care and that no active efforts are being made to relocate children placed there. According to the data received from the Ministry of Health for the period 01.01.2017 - 28.02.2018, 165 healthy children were admitted to 16 institutions, distributed by age as follows: 0-3 years - 156 children and over 3 years - 9 children.
Purpose:Urging for an immediate check and analysis of all cases reported by the Ministry of Health. Demanding to clarify the reasons why the Child Protection Departments continue to place children under 3 years of age in institutions.
