Summary:Despite the difficulties resulting from the non-implementation of the project activities implemented by the Ministry of Health necessary for the establishment of the new social and integrated health-social services for residential care and the impossibility of moving the children from the institutions to specialised health & social services appropriate for their condition, the Social Assistance Agency (through the Child Protection Departments in the Social Assistance Directorates) together with the Ministry of Health continue to make all necessary efforts to prepare the relocation of the children.
