Summary:The organizations believe that before sending specific proposals for the types of services to be included in the ordinance, it is necessary to convene a one-day meeting of the working group, which is aimed at discussing and achieving a common understanding of integrated services as a definition, as well as approaches to their regulatory and financial regulation, among the stakeholders, including key ministries and agencies such as the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, Ministry of Finance, It is proposed to agree on both the basic content structure of the regulation and the key components to be regulated through it, as well as the working group's working algorithm. The importance of developing a detailed plan for the work of the group was stressed to ensure that the inclusion of the expert capacity of the participants in the group would be optimised and that the normative process would be based on current knowledge, research on different models and best practices, scientific facts and data.
