Summary:The Coalition insists that the updated implementation plan of the National Strategy "Vision for Deinstitutionalisation of Children in the Republic of Bulgaria" should follow the objectives and structure that were developed by the working group formed by the Minister of Labour and Social Policy by Order No. P-1/06 January 2016 and amended and supplemented by Order No. P-64/04 April 2016.
Purpose:Presenting a statement that addresses general provisions in the draft as well as a separate document with specific comments on the proposed text in the plan.
